By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t complete the purchase.
Products
We sell custom-made wall panels (with a motif from the catalogue or your own photo) and accessories for their installation. Images are illustrative; the final result depends on the motif, size and material you choose. When you buy a custom panel, we send you a preview by email to approve before manufacturing.
Prices
All prices include the VAT applicable in Spain. Shipping costs are calculated at the last step of checkout depending on the destination. We sell exclusively in Spanish territory; the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla require a custom quote.
How the contract is formed
- You choose the product and configure your order.
- You pay online (card, PayPal, Bizum or bank transfer).
- You receive order confirmation by email.
- If the order is personalised, we send you a visual preview within 48 hours. The contract is concluded when you give your OK to the preview. Until you do, you can cancel at no cost.
- We manufacture in Germany (10–14 working days) and deliver to your address.
Payment
We accept credit/debit card, PayPal, Bizum and bank transfer. The charge is made when the order is confirmed. Payment gateways apply their own terms and security measures.

Right of withdrawal — important
European consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) recognises the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days. This right has a legal exception applicable to most of our products.
Personalised products — no right of withdrawal
Pursuant to article 103.a of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This includes:
- Panels with your own photo uploaded to the configurator.
- Panels with a catalogue motif in a non-standard size.
- Any product made to order after your OK to the preview.
That’s why we send you a visual preview before manufacturing: it’s the key moment to confirm the result. Once you confirm the preview, the panel goes into production and can’t be returned for simple change of mind.
Standard accessories — yes, 14-day withdrawal
For unpersonalised accessories (profiles, cleaning products, tools, mounts), you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without justification. To exercise it, contact us by WhatsApp at +34 965 84 30 59 or by email at [email protected] indicating the order number. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging; return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense. Once received and verified, we refund the price of the product within 14 days by the same payment method.
Defective or incorrect product
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, write to us as soon as you notice (ideally with photos) by WhatsApp or email. We cover replacement or full refund (product + shipping). The legal warranty period is 3 years; PlateART’s manufacturer warranty is 5 years.
Warranty
All products carry the 3-year statutory warranty of conformity (Law 7/2021) plus a 5-year manufacturer warranty on aluminium panels. Covers material and manufacturing defects under normal use. Does not cover damage from incorrect installation, subsequent impacts or normal aesthetic wear.
Liability
We are liable for direct damages caused by breach of our obligations. Indirect damages or loss of profit are excluded except where the law imposes a higher level of liability.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the jurisdiction of the consumer’s domicile will apply where the user has consumer status, in accordance with applicable regulations.

We may update these terms to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always the one published on this page, with its update date. The terms in force at the time of the order apply to orders in progress.
