Total lead time
All our panels are made to order in Germany, so the lead time runs from the moment you confirm the digital preview to the moment the panel arrives at your door:
- Mainland Spain: 10–14 working days (production + shipping).
- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: contact us. We send a custom shipping quote within 24 hours.
If you have a hard deadline (move, renovation, gift) write to us before ordering and we’ll see if we can prioritise.

Islands, Ceuta and Melilla — custom quote
For shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla we prepare a custom quote because the cost depends on the size and weight of the panel and on the carrier. It’s quick:
- Write to us by WhatsApp or email with your postcode and the panel configuration.
- We reply with the exact cost within 24 hours (working days).
- If it works for you, we send you a payment link to complete the order.

Tracking
As soon as your order leaves the workshop you’ll get an email with the tracking number. You can also check the shipping status in your customer area. The carrier calls before delivery to coordinate with you.
Packaging and incidents
Each panel is packed in reinforced rigid cardboard with protected corners. We recommend:
- Check the packaging when you receive it. If you see knocks or breaks, note the incident on the carrier’s delivery note before signing.
- Take photos of the packaging and the panel if there is visible damage.
- Write to us within 48 hours at [email protected]. If there is shipping damage we handle the replacement at no cost to you.
Do you only ship to Spain?
Yes. Right now we only sell within Spain. If you’re outside and want to buy, write to us by email — we can’t guarantee anything but we’ll look into each case.
